What is Life Score?
A Life Score is a comprehensive measure that reflects the overall quality and balance of your life across 12 key dimensions: your relationships with a significant other, family and friends; your engagement with the community; your financial well-being; your physical and mental health; your enjoyment of hobbies and entertainment; your ability to manage physiological needs; your spiritual fulfillment; your commitment to education and learning; and your satisfaction with your job or career.
Your Life Score is more than just a number—it's a reflection of how well you are nurturing each aspect of your life. It encourages you to respect the unique value of each dimension, while also guiding you to allocate your time and energy according to what you value most. By understanding and improving your Life Score, you can achieve a more balanced, fulfilling, and satisfying life.
